Final Report: Train derailment near Woodward, OK (Panhandle Subdivision)

On Thursday, July 11, 2024 at approximately 5:30 p.m. CDT, we received a preliminary report of a train derailment near Woodward, OK which has affected both main tracks. Woodward, OK is approximately 140 miles northwest of Oklahoma City, OK. BNSF personnel responded and assessed the site. Both main tracks were opened on Saturday, July 13, 2024 at 12:38 a.m. CDT.
