Update Report Train Derailment near Clearmont WY Subdivision

On Monday, June 24, 2024 at approximately 6:44 p.m., CDT, we received a preliminary report of a train derailment near Clearmont, WY, affecting the main track.  Clearmont, WY is approximately 45 miles east of Sheridan, WY.  BNSF personnel are responding to assess the affected area.  The estimated time for opening the main track is Wednesday, June 26, 2024 at 5:00 a.m. CDT.   If your loaded shipment(s) is directly involved in the incident, a member of BNSF's Load and Ride Solutions team will contact your company's representative within 24 hours of the incident with relevant information and next steps.
