On Friday, March 22nd, 2024 at approximately 09:08 a.m. CDT, we received a preliminary report of a train derailment near Seneca, NE which has affected both main tracks. Seneca, NE is approximately 115 miles east of Alliance, NE. BNSF field personnel has assessed the derailment site and repairs are underway. The estimated time for opening of the main track one is 01:00 p.m. on March 23rd, 2024. The estimated time for opening main track two is 05:00 p.m. on March 23rd, 2024.
